An aspiring writer faces up to the responsibilities of marriage and family in this romantic comedy from writer, director, and producer John Hughes. Despite the misgivings he pours out to best friend Davis McDonald (Alec Baldwin), Jake Briggs (Kevin Bacon) marries high-school sweetheart Kristy (Elizabeth McGovern). After an abortive attempt at graduate school in New Mexico, the couple settle in suburban Chicago. Jake fakes his way into a job as an advertising copywriter, while Kristy settles into her own corporate job. The couple face the typical ups and downs of any new marriage, especially after Davis visits with a bimbo on his arm, regaling his pal Jake with tales of the good life. A few years later, Kristy decides to stop taking her birth-control pills — and tells Jake about it three months later. Plagued by doubts, unfulfilled ambitions, and images of a fantasy girl (Isabel Lorca) he once spotted in a club, Jake resists the idea of fatherhood. Then he finds out he has low sperm count and, his manhood thus challenged, lines up for fertility clinic-assisted stud duty. The birth doesn't go as smoothly as Jake expected, however, setting the stage for climactic realizations. Edie McClurg, who played the nosy school secretary in Hughes' Ferris Bueller's Day Off, makes a cameo appearance as an officious neighbor. In addition, a who's who of other Hughes alums and Hollywood stars lend their faces and voices to a series of closing-credits shots in which each suggests a name ...

Wrist Cock in the Golf Swing
There are two ways your wrist can hinge, or cock, in the backswing. Every golfer does it one particular way. To get the most out of your swing, you have to hinge them both ways, which few recreational golfers do.
Hold your hand together in front of you, palms and fingers touching as if in a praying posture. Now hinge your wrists directly up toward you, so your fingers point straight up in the sky. That's the first way to hinge your wrists, and that's the one very golfer does. It's the way you would hinge your wrists if you were chopping wood by lifting the axe straight over your head and swinging it back down.
Play Golf
Put your hands in the starting position again and hinge your wrists to the right and left, so each hand is alternately folding back on itself. That's the second way, which is the way recreational golfers should learn how to do. It's the way you would hinge your wrist if you were hitting a forehand shot in tennis.
The reason this is important is that allowing your right wrist to hinge backwards on the backswing preserves the square alignment of the clubface you had at address by preserving the angle your left wrist had at address. The right arm folds on the backswing and if the right wrist does not fold backwards with it, the left wrist is forced to hinge backwards, taking the clubface out of alignment. Then you would have to make a correction on the downswing to square up the clubface, and that is awfully hard to do consistently.
Learning how to hinge the right wrist takes a drill and a mirror. The drill will teach you the new movement and how it feels. The mirror will let you make sure you're doing it right, because what needs to happen takes place behind your back. Remember while you're doing all this that letting the right wrist bend backwards is an effect, not a cause. You don't deliberately hinge it back; it is something that happens by itself when you take the club back correctly.
Take your grip on the club and hold it out in front of you. Notice the amount of bend there is in the left wrist. Now swing your shoulders and arms around so your hands are in about the place in space they get to at the top of your backswing and do not let the amount of bend in the left wrist change. You will find that your right wrist bent backwards. That is what you're looking for. That's the wrist hinge you want to add to your swing.
Stand with your mirror to your right, and swing to the top of your backswing, keeping the left wrist as it was at address and letting the right wrist hinge backward. It's really not hard to do, but if you haven't been hinging the right wrist, it will feel quite strange. Practice this every day until it you get accustomed to the feeling, and keep checking in the mirror to make you sure you're doing it right.
The payoff comes in the downswing. As you start down, maintain this right wrist hinge until the momentum of your swing forces it to release. That will happen when the hands get about hip height. When the right wrist unhinges, the right hand comes into the ball providing effortless power and real accuracy.

Sosua Nightlife in the Dominican Republic
The average traveler doesn't know much about Sosua nightlife. Most travelers heading to Sosua, Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic will most likely end up at an all inclusive resort and spend the week in their hotel by hotel sipping on Pina Coladas.
And for a family heading to Sosua that might be the best option. But if your a single traveler and looking to experience some unique and exciting nightlife that I highly suggest you spend a few nights on the town.
Phuket
Sosua is a beautiful little beach town by day. By night the lights go down, the bars open up, and the girls come rolling in. Most of the girls that you will find in Sosua will be "working girls." But even if you decide not to partake in that experience you can still have a great time drinking, flirting, and dancing the night away.
The small town is filled with many little "beach bars." Beach bars are basically little bars that have an open feel to them. You can head too any of these bars and grab a Presidente for a few pesos and sit and enjoy the view. More than likely in the course of the night you will be approached by some sets of "working girls" but you can always politely send them away. More than likely though you will wind up chatting with them, dancing with them, and just having an all around good time. Although they are officially "working" they are not strictly business. They are ordinary girls looking to have fun too.
If you prefer the club scene to the bar scene then you won't want to miss out on Club X. Club X billboards are all over Sosua. The club is of average size. It is dark and usually filled with people. It is a great place to dance into the night. The club is open well past 4am for those of you who have the energy to go all night.
There is also a casino in Sosua that all caters to an after hours crowd. The tables are not high stakes so if you're in the mood to test your luck at roulette or black jack it is a good place to go and have a good time.
My recommendation for those of you heading to Sosua is to rent a condo or villa instead of booking a week at a hotel. While a hotel might offer some nice luxuries you will most likely wind up missing out on the fantastic Sosua nightlife.

How To Choose The Best golf clubs For Your Game
Wilson , Callaway, Titleist, Adams , King Cobra, Yonex, Ping , Taylor Made, Mizuno, and Spaulding are all excellent name brand golf clubs. As a beginning or even a professional golfer, trying to decide which set of golf clubs to purchase, however, may often feel like taking a shot in the dark. In a society that is increasing name brand conscious, many of us are tempted to simply buy what everyone else seems to be buying. Selecting the proper golf clubs, however, is something that you shouldn't do without having a good idea of what types are available and what the specific use of each club is. Using the proper golf club can and will greatly improve your game. Other important things to consider are choosing the right lie and the right shaft flex. The flexibility of the shaft of the club is known as the bend or flex. If you're a powerful swinger, you'll have more control with less bend. Beginners and less powerful swingers are better off with more flexibility.
If you're new to the game of golf, the first thing you need is a basic set of golf clubs. A basic set will include irons, putters, wedges and drivers, and even though most nongolfers don't believe it, each type of club is designed to improve the speed of your swing and will help you correct faults in your game. Using the right type of golf club is essential and will make the learning process quicker and easier. The first thing to consider when choosing a set of golf clubs is your basic ability level. There are basically three ability levels including: low handicaps, mid handicaps and high handicaps.
If you're a low-handicap golfer, you generally score less than ten strokes over par. Low-handicap golfers should carry at least one fairway wood and a driver as well as lower irons, and at least 3 wedges, a pitching wedge, sand wedge and either a lob wedge or approach wedge. A mid-handicap golfer in the 11-20 handicap range should add a 7-wood or even a 9-wood to their bag. The fairway woods will provide much better control and consistency than the long irons. Mid-handicap golfers should stick to the 3 and 9-irons and the same wedges recommended above. High-handicap golfers are either new to the game or just haven't mastered the basics and usually shoots over 100. It's highly suggested that high-handicap golfers use the 3-wood for the tee off and add in the 7 and 9-woods. The same wedges would apply that are suggested for the low and mid-handicap golfers.
Today, common consensus is that the most important club you can have in your golf bag is a hybrid. Many golfers have used this club to replace the three-iron. Tour players are even switching to this club. Hybrids to check out include the Taylormade Rescue Mid (which continues to dominate the market and is found in more bags on the tour than any other hybrid), the Nike CPR, and the Ben Hogan CFT. The hybrid is a club that favors the golfer who is generating good clubhead speed, but needs to add to long-iron trajectory. The lower center of gravity in this club produces higher shots while a short shaft will improve control and accuracy.
Drivers and woods are probably the most important clubs in the bag and everybody loves them. Mainly used for longer shots, drivers are usually the first club out of the bag on the tee. Some advanced golfers, however, may decide to use a driver off the fairway is they need a little extra distance. A fairway or metal wood is also used off the tee if you need a more accurate shot or you don't need as much distance as you would get with a driver. This club is a utility club that can also be used in fairway bunkers and tight lies in the rough. The most popular drivers on the market today are the Taylormade r7quad, the Taylormade r5 dual and the Ping G2.
Fairway woods are usually considered the most reliable golf club and seem to be a favorite because they tend to make you look better than you really are. This is a club that is evolving slowly but should definitely have a place in your bag. A fairway wood usually improves a golfer's accuracy and allows him to loft the ball higher. A few favorites include the Cobra SZ and the Calloway Big Bertha.
The iron is a club that is definitely riding on the edge of technology and surprisingly enough is getting less expensive. While this club isn't perfect yet, it's getting there, and most players should be using game improvement irons. These irons stress perimeter weighting, forgiveness and higher trajectory. The three irons that are getting the most attention today are the Ping G2, the Calloway Big Bertha and the Calloway Big Bertha Fusion. Often the most overlooked club in the bag is the wedge. This club, however, is a necessity in every golfer's bag and definitely a trusted friend to every player who's ever been on the tour. The Cleveland CG10, the Titleist Vokey, and the Cleveland 588 are three of the best. The popularity of the wedge is evident in that Cleveland and Titleist have over 112 combined wedge options.
Finally, the putter is a club that has certainly gone high tech and some of the newer Super Mallets look like they belong in Science Fiction movies. Thankfully, though the traditional putters are still performing well and remain favorites. The Super Mallet putters getting the most attention are the Odyssey 2-ball (White Steel), the Ping G2i Craz-E and the TaylorMade Rossa Monza/Mezza Monza. The old standbys of the traditional putters include the Ping G2i, the PING JAS, and the Yes! Golf C-Groove.
Once you have a general understanding of when and why you need to use a certain type of club, there are still many decisions to make before actually making a purchase. Many driving ranges have golf clubs for rent and it may be a good idea to try out a few different clubs before actually making your purchase. Golf clubs, especially the name brands like Titleist, Cleveland and Nike can be very expensive. If you're new to the sport, consider starting out with second hand clubs. If you find a set that fits, you can usually get them for a steal.

Popular Destinations in Thailand - Pattaya, Phuket, Hua Hin and Cha Am
Thailand is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. It is a constitutional monarchy and it is located in South East Asia. It is a very attractive place to visit. There are a lot of beautiful and interesting places to visit in Thailand, and also a lot of things to do there. Thailand is also a great place as a base for visiting other countries in South East Asia. It is very easy to travel from Thailand by land to neighboring countries, or to fly from Thailand to any country in Asia or in the world.
Thailand is located in the center of Indochina and has borders with Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and Malaysia. There are a lot of beautiful beaches in Thailand, both in the Gulf of Thailand and on the Andaman Coast. The beautiful beaches are one of the main reasons that so many people come to Thailand to spend their holidays there. There are a lot of visitors from Europe to Thailand, especially from November to March, as in that time it is winter in Europe and also winter (cold or dry season) in Thailand. Whereas the winter in Europe is very cold, wet and the days are short, the winter in Thailand is a very pleasant period; it is warm, but not too hot and it seldom rains.
Phuket
Some of the Most Popular Destinations in Thailand:
Pattaya
Pattaya's beaches are very popular not only because of the beaches of Pattaya, but also because of famous Pattaya's nightlife. The town of Pattaya is very close to the capital of Thailand, Bangkok, and it is even closer to Thailand's main international airport, Suvarnabhumi. It takes only about one hour to get from the airport to Pattaya by car or bus. Pattaya is connected with Suvarnabhumi Airport and Bangkok through modern motorway.
Pattaya has many attractions and the beaches are quite nice, but if you're looking for quiet and peaceful beaches, you might go somewhere else.
Phuket
Phuket is the biggest island of Thailand and as Pattaya one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. There are a lot of beaches in Phuket, and there are a lot of all kinds of resorts and hotels.
There are also beautiful mountains, charming Phuket town, and a lot of things to do and see. There are also many small, but beautiful and quiet islands near Phuket Island. Some of the most popular islands around the Phuket Island are: Coral Island, Koh Bon, Koh Kaew, Phi Phi and Racha.
The nighlife in Phuket is also great, especially on Patong Beach.
Hua Hin and Cham
Hua Hin and Cha Am are two towns located not far from Bangkok (about 2-3 hours by car or bus) on the way from Bangkok to the south of Thailand. Hua Hin is very popular town with both Thais and foreign tourists; Cha Am is more popular with Thais and is much more peaceful and quiet than Hua Hin. Cha Am is also becoming a popular place for foreigners who decided to stay in Thailand. Some foreigners decide to buy a house there, near beautiful beaches. If you're looking for a quite beaches, but don't have time to travel to Thailand's islands, Hua Hin and Cham Am are great places to visit.

Tipping in Thailand
To tip or not to tip? As an American I was brought up in a tipping culture and therefore tip service wherever I go. Many people will tell you that Thailand is not a tipping culture or at least it wasn't until us Americans ruined the place leaving tips everywhere.
So, some people tip when they go to Thailand and some don't and the argument rages on.
Phuket
I had the chance to eat in some small Thai restaurants on my last trip and I watched what the Thai people did and oddly enough most of them left a tip for their waitress, not much but a tip all the same. They all seemed to leave just the change from the bill...maybe 5 to 10 baht each.
One thing is for sure whether the Americans started it or not Thais in the service industry expect something. Believe me, I've heard the term cheap Charlie thrown around on quite a few occasions when a non tipper left the scene of the crime.
Not everyone expects a tip. The street cart vendors or baht bus drivers you don't tip. The taxi's I usually round up the meter charge as a tip but for the maids, waitresses, and bartenders I tip well. You don't have to give huge tips but what you give is appreciated and usually remembered. I usually leave the maid 20-50 baht a day tip and at the restaurant or bar leave a 20 - 50 baht tip sometimes more as the restaurant and bar staff usually pool their tips. If I want to make sure that the person I want to get the tip gets it I'll slip it to them on the sly. More times than not they'll split it with the others anyway.
Some people argue that they are already getting paid to do their job and should not get any more but for me I can't see things that way, especially in a country where the average Thai earns between three to six thousand baht a month (0-0). Yes, the cost of living is a lot cheaper in Thailand but that is easy for a foreigner to say when we are spending the equivalent of a Thai's yearly salary in a week or two on vacation.
The Thai people are very accommodating to begin with, taking care of the people taking care of you only makes for a better vacation and that is never a bad thing.
Tipping in Thailand
Born and raised in Baltimore Maryland I finally set out to discover the world in 2006. South East Asia has always been a beacon for me and Thailand its crowned jewel.
I write about my experiences in Thailand as well as the cultural aspects of being a foreigner in a foreign land. I blog daily about Thailand at: http://thailandlandofsmiles.com

Phuket, Thailand
Phuket Island is the biggest island of Thailand and one of the most popular holiday destinations in the world. Although it is an island, it is connected with the rest of Thailand by two bridges. Phuket is the name of the island; it is also the name of the town on the island of Phuket and the name of the Province to which belong the Phuket Island and some smaller islands near the Phuket Island.
The Phuket Island is of the size similar to Singapore and the island was well known to many people all over the world throughout the history, especially to merchants and travelers, as it was on the important trade route between India and China. It used to be mentioned many times in the ship logs of travelers from many countries, especially from Portugal, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and France.
Phuket
It has been a prosperous place, previously prospering from tin and rubber, and nowadays mostly from tourism.
In the past the island was called Junk Celyon. The modern name "Phuket", the same as the previous name Junk Celyon, comes from Malay and means "hill". For people coming to Phuket from the sea, the island appears as a hill.
Because Phuket was the source of valuable tin, in the 17th century the western powers of France, Netherlands and England competed for the control of the trade of tin from Phuket. The French controlled the island for some time, but ultimately were driven away by Thais. Later the Burmese tried to conquer Phuket but were unsuccessful. When the Burmese forces were preparing to invade Phuket they were spotted by the British captain who warned the Phuket's authorities.
Two local women, the wife of the deceased governor and her sister quickly organized some defensive forces that they were able to gather quickly and successfully resisted the Burmese invasion for one month. After the one month siege the Burmese were forced to withdraw and the two local women became the Phuket's heroines.
On the Boxing Day of December 26, 2004 Phuket and the other areas of Thailand on the Andaman Coast were struck by tsunami waves caused by the earthquake under the Indian Ocean. Tens of thousands of people died in South East Asia and 5,300 people in Thailand, mostly foreign tourists. In Phuket Province 250 deaths were reported, but there were many more deaths (about thousand) of illegal Burmese worker who were building a new beach resort in the area of Khao Lak.
Many beaches and some villages in Phuket were destroyed or damaged by the tsunami, mostly on the western coast (especially Kamala, Patong, Karon and Kata beaches) and also some areas on the southern coast.
The rebuilding of Phuket started and progressed very fast after the tsunami and most of the resorts and hotels were back in business in February 2005. Throughout the 2005 all the damage areas of Phuket Province were restored.
Nowadays Phuket is protected by American invented tsunami protection system made of twenty-two buoys that are floating in the Indian Ocean and are part of the global tsunami warning system.

Here are some basics of golf-
Play Golf
1) Golf grip-one of the first things you need to get right is the golf grip.
2) Eyes focused on the ball- this is very important, be it the tee, the fairway, or the rough. It is very necessary that the focus is maintained on the back edge of the ball.
3) Upper body angles-to maintain the upper body angle is one of the keys to playing very good golf.
4) Shoulder/Arms unit-it is very important that the shoulder and arm are held firmly while swinging.
5) Elbows held close together-throughout the complete golf swing movement, it is of vital importance that the elbows are kept as close together as possible.
6) Hands position-the hands should not go beyond the original address position until the club head makes contact with the ball.
7) Fixed frontal position-here the head is held firmly while the club head moves in and through the contact area.
8) Forearms-from the moment back swing begins, the forearms must learn to rotate. This results in betterment of the player.
9) Passive arms-the arms must remain totally passive to the movement of the shoulder/arm unit throughout the golf swing movement.
10) Address position- the set up is very important.
11) Left heel-the left heel must remain firmly on the ground and the right leg slightly bent while the back swing movement.
12) Right shoulder-as the arms interact, it is of vital importance that the right shoulder rotates under the chin.
13) Bottom of the swing arc-the club head should be at the bottom of the arc while swinging. this is very important.
14) Club resistance- there should not be any extra efforts made to hit the ball hard, the swing would then go wrong.
15) Impact position-this shows how the body should be at the critical point of impact.
16) Left side dominance-it is very important the principle of left side dominance is followed.
17) Inertia effect-due to this phenomena you should allow for the delay of every part of the body.

Breaking Tradition in Phuket City
Phuket: Thailand's most famous island, with a rich history in tin mining. An island lost to overdevelopment, whore houses, package tours and traffic. Twenty years ago, Phuket was... well, who cares what it was 20 years ago? And who cares what cynical journos and travel writers think they know about the island? Clued-up travellers are starting to scratch Phuket from their itineraries because their buddies stayed in Patong and came back with horror stories about how dirty the beach is and how trashy the bars are.
News flash, folks: there's more to Phuket than Patong. Phuket City, despite feeling more like a large village than a city, is the backbone of the island and the capital of the province. From a base in Phuket City, it's possible to see beautiful beaches, captivating culture and the real people of the island. All you need is 24 hours, a thirst for adventure and nerves of steel on the back of a motorcycle.
Phuket
First up, check into some hip digs that won't break the bank. Digs don't come much hipper than Phuket 346 (346-348 Phuket Rd, 076-256128). For upwards of 1,200 baht a night, you can stay in one of three rooms in a guesthouse that doubles as an art gallery. After a good night's sleep, the fun begins.
To travel around Phuket City, you're going to need some transport. Motorcycle taxis are the easiest way to get around. Forty baht is a fair price for a trip in Phuket City.
Head straight to Kwan Khanon Jeen restaurant on Thung Kha Rd, next to the entrance to Phuket Merlin Hotel. Khanon jeen is about as local a meal as you'll find in Phuket. For the same price as a can of Coke, you can feast on a bowl of rice noodles and curry that tastes so delicious it's almost criminal.
After breakfast, you could follow your guidebook and trundle around the island... or you could ride 20 minutes in a tuk-tuk (about 150 baht) to Laem Hin Pier (north of Phuket City, on the east coast) and catch a longtail boat (15 baht per person) to Coconut Island, where you'll find a tiny community that uses solar panels to generate power. When you arrive, ask a motorcycle-taxi rider to take you to Yao Beach (15 baht per person). You'll need to take down the cellphone number of the rider to take you back to the pier when you're done at the beach - it's that deserted. Take a picnic for lunch because there are no restaurants or 7-Elevens on the island.
After a day at the beach, travel back to the mainland. Catch the sun setting beyond the backdrop of the city at the top of Khao Rang hill. It's easy to get to and motorcycle-taxi drivers know the spot as "Khao Rang viewpoint". As the night begins, catch a ride down to Chumphon Rd, where you'll find the perfect spot for dinner at Fine Day (www.fineday-phuket.com). This is the place the local kids hang out, eat and drink until about midnight.
For after-dinner activities, you have a wealth of options. You'll see references to Timber Hut and KorTorMor in your guidebook, but these places have lost their shine thanks to their own popularity.
For something a bit more local and with a lot more space, check out Music Matters (off Surin Circle, past T2 and turn right) for some pre-club drinks. It's a tiny jazz bar hidden out of the way. The owner, Jeff, is a laidback dude who likes to chill and play his music. A bunch of Jeff's friends form a makeshift band some nights.
Once you've had enough of Music Matters, Oasis on Mae Luang Rd beckons. A small Thai club, Oasis is a typical Thai party zone where a band rattles through Thai favourites and random Western oddities before a DJ loses control of his beats, causing a frenzy on the dancefloor with techno remixes of Eminem and 50 Cent. Foreign faces are rare, but welcome.
Most clubs in Phuket close at 1 am or 2 am. After Oasis, it's time to really go into the heart of the city. Head over to Barzah in Phunpol. It's dark, dirty and obnoxiously loud, but it's a blast. Despite being in one of shadier parts of town, you won't find any trouble. Hip hop beats are the order of the night.
By the time Barzah has closed, your options are limited. Short of heading into Phunpol's underbelly, there is James Garden on Poonpol Rd Soi 1. You can order jugs of beer and toast to a successful day and night that most visitors to Phuket won't find themselves anywhere near.
And there you have it. Twenty-four hours in Phuket, a whole lot of fun and not a guidebook in sight. They said it couldn't be done.

Safest Airlines in the World
Many air travelers wonder what exactly are the safest airlines to use when they travel. Here are the winners according to several criteria:
Safest Airlines
Phuket
Likely the most important criteria for a safe airline is the amount of fatalities the airline has over a period of recent years. This may be the best way to judge the record of maintenance but also of personnel, including pilots and engineers.
Qantas is a name well known to those interested in airline safety. Based out of Sydney, Australia, Qantas safety rating has plummeted as of late, but still ranks fairly high among other airlines of the world in terms of overall safety.
Other airlines considered to be most safe in terms of least passenger fatalities include America West, EasyJet, Hawaiian Airlines, JetBlue, North American Airlines, Southwest and Virgin Atlantic. In addition, many smaller, regional carriers are among the safest airlines including Ireland's national carrier, Aer Lingus, Air Europe, Air Jamaica, Austria Airlines, BahamasAir, Canadian North, Corsair, Estonian Air, Eurowings, EVA Air, Finnair, Frontier Airlines, Fujian Airlines, Icelandair, Midway Airlines, National Jet Italia, Novair, Ozark Airlines, Portugalia Airlines, Qatar Airways, Oman Air, Sahara Airlines, Shandong Airlines, Shanghai Airlines, Sichuan Airlines, Spanair, Syrian Air, Sun Country Airlines, TransAsia Airways, Tunisair, Ukraine International, Uzbekistan Airways and WestJet Airlines.
It's interesting to note that many smaller carriers may have a safer reputation than larger carriers simply because of the vastly larger amount of flights that larger carriers have each day. Quite simply, the more flights, the more chance that something will go wrong.
Most Secure Airline
El Al airlines, Israel's national airlines, is considered to be the world's most secure airline company. This is due to their tight security measures and protocols used to prevent terrorism and hijackings on their planes. Founded in 1948, El Al airlines has a fleet of over 30 planes. El Al has prevented and stopped numerous attacks on their airlines from terrorists and has also managed to stop hijackers. El Al scrutinizes and interviews every passenger prior to boarding. Also, plain clothes security officers as well as uniformed officers patrol the areas where passengers gather to board.
Worst Airlines
In addition to safe airlines, there are also known bad airlines. These include Indonesia Airlines, Ukraine's Volare Air, Phuket Airlines from Thailand and North Korea's Air Kyo. The criteria used for worst airlines is the number of aircraft lost, so it's a good idea to stay away from these airlines.

Can I Drink Costa Rica Water?
If you go to this beautiful country in Central America, one of the most important questions is whether the water there is safe to drink. Rest assured, Costa Rica water is of very good quality and is therefore safe to drink. Like in North America though, you will find plenty of bottled water.
The main problem people wonder about if they can use the water to clean their teeth or if the water served in glasses in restaurants is safe to drink. Ice cubes are also an issue as they are, of course, made from the local water.
I travelled around this tropical jewel last year. Everyone assured me that the water was safe to drink and so I did and had absolutely no ill effects. This is good to know as even in places like China, where you are not advised to drink the water, sometimes the bottled water sold is, in fact tap water.
Not only the drinking water is of good quality. The oceans and lakes in Costa Rica are clean and pristine, which is not the case in many areas of the world. Costa Ricans pride themselves on how eco friendly their country is and you will be able to swim in beautifully clear waters of the Pacific or the Caribbean as well as the many lakes.
For example, in places like Arenal which is where an active volcano presides over the area you will find many hot springs. In fact here you can also enjoy thermal hot springs where you can relax in warm to hot water in the open air. This makes for a great holiday and some hot springs have multiple pools of various temperatures and they are surrounded by vibrant countryside, the rainforest and of course beautiful flowering plants and colorful birds and even monkeys, if you are lucky. In the area of Arenal alone, there are at least eleven hot springs, including some which are part of a hotel.
This country is famous for its beauty and it's eco friendliness, which is why such emphasis is put on the quality of the water there, whether it is water out of the tap, or water to bathe in. Costa Rica water is to enjoy, from the fresh water you drink as well as lake water, to the salt water of the oceans.

How To Treat Your Man Like A Man
Are you a controlling wife? Do you take your husband for granted? Most women don't realize it but they abuse their husbands daily just by their actions. Many women of today feel that marriage revolves solely around them and that their husband's are supposed to give them everything their heart desires.
If we aren't getting what we want from our man could it be because we are not treating our man like a man? Stop pushing him around and he'll come around.
1. Don't undermine your husband's decision making
This is a biggy in marriage. Isn't it true that we women want things our way! We have been taught from grade school to go after our dreams and aspirations in life no matter what the consequences, even if that means rejecting our husband's needs and wishes. We do what WE want and what WE need. Why would a woman of today be so determined to chip away at her husband's manly authority and advice?
Face it ladies, we haven't exactly helped to make our man feel like a man. If we don't accept the man we married, why would we expect to get what we want from him? If we are rejecting, blaming, controlling, demeaning, undermining, and complaining about our husbands we certainly aren't respecting the man we married.
If we weaken our husband's manly resolve what's left but our feminist attitude and bossy selfish egos? Are we taking the man we married for granted? I think we are and that's what's killing marriage! How do I know all this? I used to undermine my husband all the time. I wouldn't let him be the man of the house. I was bossy and rebellious. I want you to know what I have come to know. It's great!
2. Don't reject your husband
How many times last month did you tell your husband that you were too tired or had a headache or simply shrugged him off because you were mad at him? Probably more times then you really think. Shouldn't we want to satisfy our husband's needs every single day, regardless, whether we feel like it or not? We women need to please and satisfy the men we're married to and we'll get our hearts desire. We really will!
3. Give your husband space (time with buddies)
Do you complain because your husband likes to have free time away with the guys? Maybe you feel he should be home doing chores or watching the children on his day off. But face it ladies, our man deserves time away to be with his friends to play golf, fish or hunt, or whatever it is he does just as much as we deserve to be with our friends. Did you know that a husband that is allowed the freedom to be with his buddies is a happier and more content filled man? Isn't that what we want anyway?
4. Cook your husband hot and nutritious meals every day
It is so true that one way to our man's heart is through his stomach. Ask any man and he'll tell you. I know that some of you ladies who work out of the home just don't have the time to cook nice meals everyday. Buy a crock-pot and a crock-pot cookbook and learn to make delicious homemade meals with it. Crock-pot cooking is so simple. You throw all the ingredients in the pot and it cooks safely all day, and the food will be ready when you both come home from work.
5. Respect your husband
What's so hard about respecting the man we married? If we control the marriage and feel that our husband can't do anything as good as we can, we certainly won't be able to respect him, right? Is treating your husband like one of the children respecting him? Is complaining about their faults respecting him? Is telling him what he's going to do respecting him? Is rejecting him sexually respecting him? Is belittling him respecting him? Well then, stop doing all these things and you are on your way to respecting the man you married.
6. Let your husband protect you
God made man to be the protector of women. Men love to do it, they want to do it, and they feel like a man when we let them do it. But most married women don't feel they need protected because they can take care of themselves. They carry mace, a gun and take karate classes and act like a man and still, they are getting beaten, raped, manhandled, and murdered. If a woman is married why on earth would she want to take away her husbands god-given natural abilities as a protector?
A married woman needs to allow her husband do his job in the manner in which he does it best, by protecting and loving his wife with the natural abilities God gave him. How can a man do that when the woman won't let him? This is how a man loves his woman!
Seriously now, it's really that simple. What would happen if we didn't allow our husbands to protect us? We would be rejecting their love for us. Don't you want to be loved by your man? Did you know that when we don't let our husband's love us the way God meant for a man to love his wife, we are rebelling against God?
7. Submit to your husband (love God)
Ladies, first you must learn to submit to God. This was a major issue in my marriage for many years because I didn't accept God. I was looking out into the world for the answers to my marriage problems when the answers were within my spiritual self the whole time. I finally grew to accept and love God. That is the root of submitting right there.
By growing out from the selfish person I was, I learned to understand what submitting to my husband was all about. Once a woman learns to submit to her husband she will see that by submitting she is actually in more control of the marriage and a better marriage wife because of it.
In other words, a woman will not lose anything of her self by submitting but will gain more of herself that was lost.
"Now I want you to know that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God." 1 Corinthian's 11:3
